Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with Opening video and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Customized, personalized, used, damaged-by-customer, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Once your return request is approved, refund or replacement will be processed as per the issue and product condition.
In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of refund depending on product availability.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
